Please note that end user operators at venues will not have access to make most configuration changes described in the Knowledge Base articles.  The Venue IT Services team oversees system access and configuration of SpotOn products for venue end users.

Similarly, venue end users should not reach out directly to SpotOn Support.  Please instead contact vast@lne.zendesk.com with any POS support needs.
